What we collect, and why
Last updated 28 August 2026. This page covers the waitlist on this site only — not the Corpus app itself, which has its own, separate privacy setup.
Joining the waitlist
When you enter your email address on this site, we store it so we can invite you once Corpus opens up. If you also check the “send me updates” box, we store that choice too, along with the time you gave it, so we only email you about progress if you actually asked to hear about it. Right after you sign up we send one confirmation email; if you checked the updates box, it contains a link to confirm, and we only send updates after you click it. The legal basis for both is your consent — submitting the form, and separately confirming the updates.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until Corpus opens up and you’re invited, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. If Corpus never launches publicly, we’ll delete the whole waitlist. You can ask us to remove your email at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Anonymous site analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see roughly how many people visit and how fast the site loads. Both are cookieless and don’t collect anything that identifies you personally — no names, no email addresses, no cross-site tracking.
Who else sees it
Your email is stored with Supabase (our database provider) and this site runs on Vercel. Emails are sent through Resend, our email provider. All three act purely as infrastructure for us — none of them uses your data for their own purposes. We don’t sell or share your email with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@corpustracker.com and we’ll handle it directly — there’s no automated self-service flow for the waitlist yet. If you’re in the EU and think we’ve mishandled your data, you can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
This is a working draft written for a small, pre-launch waitlist — not reviewed by a lawyer. It should get that review before the site is publicly announced or the waitlist grows beyond a handful of people.
